Are you a fan of Sci-Fi or Fantasy? Do you long to travel the universe with the crew of the Enterprise, or journey across Middle Earth with Frodo and Sam? Do you listen closely to hear the woosh woosh of the TARDIS, or hope to be challenged to a dance battle by StarLord? Do you check every closet and wardrobe you come across for a gateway to Narnia, or plan vacations in hopes of catching that exceedingly rare Pokemon?
If any of these things sound like you, you’re not alone! Join us for an afternoon where the entire library is taken over by all things Science Fiction and Fantasy! From 1 to 5 p.m., we will have games, crafts, activities, movie showings and demonstrations all with a Sci-Fi or Fantasy theme. Meet local authors and illustrators and visit booths from Clarksville fandom-centric shops. Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for the best cosplay in each age group.
