Fort Campbell will host its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at T-39 Indiana Ave. on Friday, Dec. 6, at 5 p.m. According to the Fort Campbell MWR website, “It’s a tradition that brings our community together in the spirit of joy and wonder. A cherished event, symbolizing the start of the holiday festivities. As the lights come aglow, the air is filled with anticipation and excitement. Families, friends, and neighbors gather to celebrate the beauty of this season and the unity it brings.”
As part of its Holiday Wonderland event, the ceremony will be preceded by the Holiday Market, open from 3 to 8 p.m., and an inaugural holiday parade at 4:30 p.m. Photos will Santa will follow the ceremony at 6 p.m. at the R.F. Sink Library.
On Saturday, Dec. 7, the Jingle Bell Jog kicks off the day with registration at 9 a.m. The run will start at 10 a.m. at the R.F. Sink Library parking lot.
Following the Jog, Arts & Craft Super Saturday begins at Cole Park Commons at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. To cap off the event, the Trees for Troops event will take place at 11:30 a.m. for a Special 20th Anniversary Special. From 12-2 p.m., the Junior Enlisted portion will occur, and from 2-4 p.m. the All Active Duty portion will occur. This will be held at the Division Parade Field, and DOD ID’s are required.

Admission to the Holiday Wonderland is complimentary and open to the public.
Non-DOD ID card holders are required to acquire a visitor’s pass for access to Fort Campbell. Guests accompanying DOD ID card holders must present a valid ID for individuals aged 16 and above upon entering the base.
The Gate 4 Visitors Center is currently undergoing renovations. Guests in need of a visitor’s pass should utilize the Gate 7 Visitors Center.
